I grew up in central Massachusetts. My family operated a small restaurant, and I was bussing tables and egg washing bread by age 3. For most of my childhood, I “worked” in the kitchen of our restaurant in different capacities with my family. I moved to Western Mass in the mid-90s.

I have been working in many different areas of the culinary world for the last 17 years. I have been the recipient of 20+ awards and recognitions in the local culinary community. Cooking and preparing meals has been so relevant and important in my life since my earliest memories.

I am a sneakerhead. I enjoy fishing, live music, watching/listening to stand-up comedy, and spooky movies. I collect action figures. I’m an animal lover, and I'm always willing to show you a picture of my cat.
